YOU’RE INVITED!

The Society for Pediatric Sedation is excited to invite your organization to be an exhibitor or sponsor at the 2026 SPS Conference. Join us and connect with leading experts, practitioners, and decision-makers in pediatric sedation medicine.


TARGET AUDIENCE

Procedural sedation increasingly impacts many aspects of pediatric medical care and sedation providers include professionals from a broadening range of disciplines. This educational activity is intended for any health care provider interested in or who provides pediatric procedural sedation including physicians (any subspecialty), dentists, nurses, advanced practice nurses, nurse anesthetists and other health professionals.

We anticipate 175-200 attendees.

EXHIBIT SPACE

The exhibit hall floor plan will be available April 2026.

  • Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
  • Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
  • Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. SPS cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
  • SPS reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

EXHIBIT AGREEMENT

Agreements are being accepted for the 2026 Annual Conference. Complete the online Letter of Agreement to secure your exhibit space, sponsorship, and program advertisement.

Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.

  • To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
  • To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to Society for Pediatric Sedation and mail the check to SPS, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

EXHIBITOR BADGES

Exhibitor badge names are due by September 1, 2026. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.


EXHIBITOR SERVICES

Shipping and Exhibitor Package Delivery
UPS is the in-house shipping and handling provider. Review the UPS Business Center Services information and direct any shipping questions to the UPS Store at The Roosevelt.

Shipping Label. Use the UPS Business Conference Shipping Label for all packages shipped to The Roosevelt.

A few other notes:

  • Receiving, handling and shipping charges may apply. Details are on the document UPS Business Center Services.
  • Packages that are pre-paid can be delivered straight to exhibitor booths. Otherwise, exhibitors will need to visit our UPS store to collect their items and cover the coinciding charges.
  • The Roosevelt recommends that exhibitors have a packing slip both inside and outside of each package. Use the UPS Business Conference Shipping Label.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for the packing and return of all packages.
  • Packages for functions may be delivered to the hotel up to three days prior to the event. A storage  fee will be applied for additional days.

For the SPS 2026 Conference, we are offering eShowLeads, a trade show lead retrieval application that lets exhibitors collect leads using their Smartphone.

eShowLeads allows the user to easily collect attendee contact information, add notes and record answers to qualifying questions all on the exhibitor’s smartphone. After the event, your leads will be emailed to you in an excel file.  Use your smartphone to collect leads and record more qualifying data. LEARN MORE HERE

Group Rate: $299 plus taxes and fees
Group rates are available through August 23, 2026, or until the block is full, whichever occurs first. Room categories are subject to availability. 

Book Inside the Official Room Block
To receive our contracted rate and onsite support, you must book your room through the official conference block using the link provided after registration.  Reservations made through third-party sites or by calling the hotel outside our block are not connected to our block. If a guest who is booked outside the block is relocated by the hotel because of an oversell we cannot assist with the relocation or any related costs. Benefits tied to the block such as rate protection and complimentary Wi-Fi may not apply.
